Terms, Conditions & Cancellation policy

Students to be over 12 years old


• Min. class size, 2 people, max. 6 people. After this number, a waiting list will be created in case of cancellations.


• 50% deposit is required on booking, balance to be paid at workshop.


• CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Due to circumstances you may need to cancel your workshop & the following will apply:
o Cancel 3 weeks before you will receive a 100% refund.
o Cancel 1 week before you will receive 50% refund.
o Cancel less than 7 days before and you will receive nil refund on money paid.
o Cancellations due to genuine illness or unforseen circumstances at last minute you will receive a 50% refund.


• Studio 8 reserves the right to cancel any workshops where min. numbers are not met. Cut off date will be 5 days before commencement of workshop date with full refund of deposits and or full fees paid.


• Your name can be put onto the list for the next available similar workshop.


• Payments can be made by cash (5%) discount), cheque (confirmation of booking on funds clearance),Visa or direct deposit . Bank details:
